JUAN MENDEZ BABANI, ESQ.
Juan Mendez Babani, Esq., was born in Mexico and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Political Science and International Relations from the Florida International University in 2011, after making Dean’s List several times throughout his tenure there. In 2014, Juan received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2015.
While at Florida Coastal, Juan worked with the Consumer Law Clinic, was the President of the Jewish Law Student’s Association, a Legislator for the Student Bar Association, and was accepted into the Mock Trial Team.
Juan is a skilled and passionate attorney. Since graduating law school he has devoted himself to his career, his clients, and is constantly expanding his knowledge in the practice of law. During his time as an Attorney, Juan Mendez Babani has advised clients with traffic tickets, personal injury matters, real estate issues, criminal charges, business issues, family law, and civil disputes. Juan has also successfully conducted numerous mediations, pre-trials, and trials.

My desire to practice law proficiently and to excel in the legal profession, was instilled in me by my beloved uncle, Alberto Babani, Esq. He was and continues to be at the very core of my personal and professional being. He was my mentor and continues to have an enormous influence in my life. He was the corner stone of our family as well. Unfortunately, Alberto was tragically killed in a car accident several years ago due to the gross negligence of a tire company. My dear Uncle Alberto's spirit lives on through my dream of following in his footsteps of becoming a caring, aggressive, and passionate attorney like everyone remembers him. My desire to follow in Alberto's footsteps has and will continue to highly motivate me to be the best Juan I can be for you!
